Eligibility Criteria
To apply for MRB Vacancy candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) which is listed below:-
Educational Qualification:-
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
- Assistant Medical Officer: BUM&S or other equivalent degree, HPIM (Ayurveda) or GCIM (Ayurveda) or L.I.M. (Ayurveda) or a degree in B.A.M.S. Or one must have registered their name with the Central Board of Indian Medicine or Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine.
Age Limit:-
- Applicants must have minimum age as 18 years and maximum age 59 years or it may vary as per the post and category of the candidates.
Domicile:-
- One must be the citizen of India, Nepal or Bhutan.
Process to Apply Online For TN MRB Recruitment 2025
To apply for the Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) examinations candidates have to apply the following steps which are listed below:-

- After that from the home page click on the Online Registration option.
- Then a new tab open on the screen.
- Now select the name of the post.
- After that an registration form open on the screen.

Exam Pattern
Applicants going to participate in the TN MRB recruitment examination will be asked questions as per Diploma level and regarding the post. The exam will be conducted through online mode and questions will be asked in the form of MCQs. There will be total 100 MCQs in CBT exam and all the questions will be asked in English language.

Selection Process
- In the first step candidates have to qualify the Tamil Eligibility Test (SSLC Standard) and Computer Based Examination conducted by the officials.

- Finally, candidates whose all the documents are correct are selected on the basics of marks obtained in CBT.
Salary Details
Candidates selected in Medical Services Department are paid good salary by the government. The salary details may vary as per the post of candidates, if we talk about the candidates selected for the post of Pharmacist in Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service are paid Rs. 35,400 to Rs.1,30,400 as per level Pay matrix Level-11.
