The Department of School Education announces Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TGTET) June 2025 Schedule. All the aspirants who are looking for teaching jobs or want to become teacher for Classes 1 to 8 in Telangana State have to clear TS TET 2025. Applicants who have teaching qualifications like B.Ed., D.El.Ed., D.Ed., or M.Ed. etc. and have minimum age 18 are eligible to apply. Who Can Apply For TS Teaching Eligibility Test 2025?
To appear for the Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) June 2025, candidates need to meet certain educational qualifications, personal, Paper-I & II, etc. details from below.
Paper I (For Classes 1 to 5) –
- Completed D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. from an NCTE-approved institute or Studying in the final year of D.El.Ed. or B.Ed.
Paper II (For Classes 6 to 8) –
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) + B.Ed. or D.El.Ed., approved by NCTE or In the final year of these courses
Language Pandit –
- Completed or pursuing final year of Language Pandit Training from a recognized institute.
Special Education Teachers –
- Completed or in final year of a Special Education course approved by RCI.
Additional Requirements –
- Final year students can apply, but need full qualifications for job selection. TET qualification doesn’t guarantee a job or recruitment is as per govt rules. Old TET qualifiers can reappear to improve their score.

Telangana TET Exam Fee 2025
The application fee for the Telangana TET depends on the number of papers a candidate chooses. Those applying for either Paper I or Paper II need to pay Rs. 750. If a candidate wants to appear for both papers, the fee is Rs. 1,000. However, applicants who took the TG TET in May/June 2024 and either failed or want to improve their marks may eligible need not pay application fee.

Telangana TET Exam Pattern 2025

TGTET June 2025 Passing Marks
