Panchayat Maitri Selection Process

Stage 1 – Interview

Odisha Panchayat Maitri Training
The Maitri training will span 3 months, with 1 month of classroom training followed by 2 months of hands-on practical training in the field. This training will held at accredited AI training institutes, where aspirants will undergo regular tests and exams to evaluate their progress. Upon completion, these trained AI technicians known as MAITRIs will deploy in their respective Gram Panchayats, equipped with AI tools and provided with essential supplies such as semen doses, liquid nitrogen, and other consumables.
Panchayat Swarojgar Maitri Salary
During the 30-day classroom training, all lodging and boarding expenses will covered free of charge. Additionally, a stipend of Rs. 100 per day will provided during the 60-day field training. Candidates will also need to deposit a security fee of Rs. 10,000 which will refunded upon successful completion of the agreement period. After training, a fix honorarium of Rs. 1,500 per month will given for one year. Further incentives under the NAIP will available for the MAITRIs established under the project. As per reports, the selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000.
