Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must foreign nationals excluding those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Students currently studying abroad as an bachelors, master’s, or doctoral student. Applicants should have expertise in Taiwan’s major fields of science, technology, research, humanities, or social sciences. Internship Subsidies
Interns participating in the NSTC Taiwan Internship will receive a daily allowance of NT$1,000 (approximately USD 30) to help cover living expenses such as meals, accommodation, and transportation. The internship duration will held up to 90 days. Additionally, host institutions will receive NT$10,000 per intern to support the mentoring and research guidance provided during the internship.
