National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications for the job of Deputy Manager (Technical) against 60 vacancies. Eligibility Criteria For NHAI (Deputy Manager) Recruitment 2025 

There are some guidelines and instructions issue by the the NHAI, it is compulsory for all the participants to follow the eligibilities to fill the application form listed below:-

Educational Qualification:

• One must owns the education qualification as Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

Age Limit: 

• Applicants age should not exceeds 30 years from the date of application form begins.
• Age relaxation concession for OBC is 3 years, Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe 5 years, Persons with Benchmark disabilities  (10 years for General, 13 years for OBC and 15 years for ST and SC )

2. Now home page of the website appear in front of you.
3. Click on the Recruitment option.
4. Then select Vacancies option.
5. After that hit the Current option and select Deputy Manager (Technical) Online Application option.
6. Then an application form open on the screen.
7. Fil up all the details by entering all the necessary details.
8. Upload the documents as described on the screen.
9. Take a Preview of the application form and click on the Submit option.
10. Now, entering all the details and submitting the form you will be given Unique Reference Number.

Recruitment Selection Criteria

It is important to know the selection process for NHAI Deputy Manager posts in technical department which is written below.

• NHAI select the candidates on the basis of marks scored in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 in discipline of Civil Engineering.
• Candidates have to appear in the written examination conducted by the authorities.
• Selected candidates have to pass the interaction/ interview exam after qualifying the written examination.
• Finally, candidates will be selected through merit list.

NHAI Service Bond:

As per the official notification all the candidates elected for the NHAI Deputy Manager posts have to execute a Service Bond for an amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs for National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) at the time of joining or within 3 years from the date of their joining. Note: In case of same marks obtained by two or more candidates will be selected on the basis of date of birth. Applicant who is born earlier will be selected and if the date of birth is also same in such case candidate will be selected according to the first letter in English alphabet of their initial names.

Applicants selected for the post of Deputy Manager at National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) are paid Rs. 56100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month as per metric pay level 7. Apart from the monthly salary employees are also offered various allowances like Central Dearness allowance (CDA), HRA, etc.
