Who Can Apply For KVS Admission 2025-26?
Students whose parents are domiciled in India must check the eligibility for the admission of KVS. Both the student and the parent must collect all required documents are submitted correctly to avoid any issues during the admission verification process. The age criteria for different classes are strictly define, and applicants must meet these age limits as of 31st March 2025 for eligibility.
For Balvatika 1, 2, 3 (Nursery to UKG)
- Balvatika 1 (Nursery) – Children aged 3 to 4 years.
- Balvatika 2 (LKG) – Children aged 4 to 5 years.
- Balvatika 3 (UKG) – Children aged 5 to 6 years.
For Classes 1 to 9 the age limits are as follows
- Class I – Children aged 5 to 7 years.

- Online Registration for Balvatika 1 & 3, and Class I will starts on 7 March 2025, at 10:00 AM.
- Last Date for Online Registration for Balvatika 1 & 3 and Class I is 21 March 2025, at 10:00 AM.
- First Merit List for Class I will out on 25 March 2025.
- First Merit List for Balvatika 1 & 3 will out on 26 March 2025.
- Second Provisional Merit List will out on 2 April 2025.
- Third Provisional Merit List is release 7 April 2025.
- Notification of Extended Offline Registration for RTE, SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) provisions for Balvatika 1 & 3 and Class I will out on 7 April 2025. Registration Date for these admission is open from 8 to 14 April 2025. The display of merit list for these admission is out on 23-28, April 2025.
- Offline Registration for Balvatika-2 and Class II onwards (excluding Class XI) will held from 2 to 11 April 2025. One must clear that these admission are subject to availability of vacancies.
- The first provisional list for Balvatika 2 and Class II onwards is out on 17 April 2025.
- Admission for Balvatika 2 and Class II onwards is done from 18 to 21 April 2025.
- Last Date of Admission for All Classes (Except Class XI) is 30 June 2025.
- Extended Admission Period for Vacant Seats (with special powers) is 31 July 2025.
- Registration for Class XI (KVS students) is within 10 days after the Class X results are declared.
- Display of Admission List & Admissions for Class XI (KVS students) is done 20 days after the Class X results
- Registration and Admissions for Class XI (Non-KVS students) is open for after the KVS Class XI Admissions is subject to availability of vacancies.
- Last Date for Class XI Admissions is 30 days from the date of the Class X results declaration by CBSE.

First-Time User Registration –
- If you’re applying for the first time, you’ll need to sign up by entering essential details about your child, such as
- Child’s Name (First, Middle, Last as per the birth certificate).
- Date of Birth (Ensure it matches the birth certificate).
- CwSN/Differently-abled Status (If applicable).
- KVS Employee Status (If either parent is a KVS employee).
- Contact Details (Email & Mobile Number).
Receive OTP for Confirmation –
- After entering your details, you’ll receive an OTP on the provided mobile number. Enter the OTP to confirm your registration.
Save the Login Code –
- Once registered, you’ll receive a Login Code. Save or print this code as it will needed for logging in and filling out the form.
Login to the Application Portal –
- Use your Login Code, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number to log in to the admission application portal.
Fill Out the Application Form –
- The application is divided into five sections:
