Application Form Fee & Payment Mode
Candidates going to apply for ESIC Specialist Grade II need to pay application fee for the successful submission of the form. Candidates are suggested to pay the examination fee of Rs. 500 who belongs to General, OBC, EWS, etc. categories while candidates including ST, SC, PwD, female candidate, ESIC Employees, Ex Servicemen Candidates, etc. don’t have to any application fee. The mode of payment will be offline, individuals can make Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 500 in favour of ESI Fund Account Number.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria to participate in the ESIC Specialist Grade II posts, individuals can read the education and age criteria from below:-
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must owns Post Graduate Degree, Five years’ experience in the concerned specialty, D.M, M.Ch. Qualification, MBBS or equivalent qualification, etc. Apart from it one must have understanding of the local region language.
Age Limit:
Applicants going to apply for the vacancies should not exceed 45 years old as on 26 May 2025.
Citizenship:
Candidates must have the citizenship of India, Nepal, Bhutan to apply for the ESIC vacancies.
Process to Fill Application Form For ESIC Specialist Grade II Vacancies 2025
Applicants planning to apply for the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) vacancies can submit the application form using the steps listed below:-
- Visit Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) official website i.e. https://esic.gov.in.
- Now from the home page click on the Recruitments option.
- After that from a new tab select the ESIC grade II recruitment notification.
- Then download the application form from the notification.
- Now fill the application form with blue ball pen.
- Attach all the necessary documents photo copy.
- Place the documents and application form in an envelope.
- Write the address on the envelope clearly.
- Then go to the village or city post office.
- Make a speed post for the specified address and make sure that the documents should reach at the address before 26 May 2025.

ESIC Specialist Grade II Salary Details
Candidates selected for ESIC Specialist Grade II posts are offered handsome salary with starting salary of Rs. Rs. 78,800 for Senior Scale and Rs. 67,700 for junior scale as per 7th Pay Matrix level. Apart from this the central government also offers additional facilities like DA, NPA, HRA and Transport Allowance, etc.
Selection Process
The ESIC recruitment Selection Board select the candidates directly through interview basis. Applicants whose application form is verified are selected for the interview test which is held at the place decided by ESIC. While appearing for the ESIC interview candidates need to carry the Original documents, certificates and photocopies of all these documents along with the passport size photo. This interview consists of 100 Marks in which UR and EWS candidates need to score 50 marks, OBC candidates need to score 45 marks while SC, ST and PWD candidates need to obtain 40 marks. Finally selected candidates will be called for the joining and their names will be disclosed on its official website or will informed through e mail.
