Assam Rifles Rally Bharti 2025 Physical Exam Criteria
As per the guidelines of Directorate General Assam Rifles the authorities will first conduct the PST and PET exam of the candidates. Candidates going to appear in the Assam Rifles Physical test need to know about the measures and efficiency test which is explained below:-
Physical Standard Test (PST):-
Height:-
- Candidates belongs to the specific region like Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras , Marathas and candidates belonging to the
State of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Himachal, Pradesh, Kashmir, Leh and Ladakh Divisions of, Jammu and Kashmir States. Such candidates required to have minimum height 165 cms (for male), - Candidates belongs to ST or SC category need to have minimum height 162.5 cms and for UR category candidates like General OBC, EWS, etc. must have minimum height 170 cms.
Chest (For Male Only):-
- Normal chest 80 cm and with expension 85 cm.
Weight:-
- Candidates need to have weight corresponding to the height and medical standards.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
Candidates who are fit for the physical parameters are proceed for the PET. In Physical Efficiency Test there are some physical eligibilities for both male and female candidates which are listed below:-
Running:-
- For Male: 05 km running need to finish within 24 minutes.
- For Female candidates: 1.6 km running need to complete within 8:30 minutes.
Note: Candidates need to perform the Push ups, pull ups if required.
Selection Process
Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Assam rifles release the admit card for physical test which includes all the necessary activities as mentioned above.
Written Exam:
- Candidates who pass the PST and PET examination need to appear in the written examination conducted by the authorities.
Skill or Trade Test:
- Applicants are then proceed for the skill taste as they select at the time of registration.
Document Verification:
- Candidates who qualify the written and trade examination tehri documents are verified.
Medical Test:
- Applicants who pass all the above phases are shortlisted for medical test.
Merit List:
- Finally, candidates are shortlisted through merit list for the final selection.
